Hello

Your ultrasound finding suggest that there are two fibroids in the uterus.
Fibroid is a benign tumour of uterus and its treatment depend upon many things like age, symptoms, family is completed or not.
Fibroid can be managed by conservative means or by surgery.
It need proper evaluation. Its treatment is not always surgical.

Findings also suggests a small simple left ovarian cyst.
Cysts are generally fluid containing structures.
Simple ovarian cysts usually only require follow up ultrasound. There are chances of spontaneous regression as it is small in size.
Simple cysts are generally asymptomatic but they may require treatment if there is infection, enlargement in size etc.

Rest of the findings are normal.

Get well soon.
Take Care
